SUPERCONSCIOUS FLOW

Peak flow is a slow oscillating brainwave state that happens in the range between Alpha and Theta, combining 5 of the most potent pleasure producing neurochemicals the brain can generate: Norepinephrine, Dopamine, Endorphins, Anandamide and Serotonin

Embodied flow is the only time our brain produces all 5 at once. Neurochemicals are indogenous (naturally occurring, intrinsic to the body) mirrors of exogenous (substances external to the body) chemicals. The neurochemicals of flow are quantified as 100x more potent and powerful than any chemical or substance we can introduce to our body which is why we’re compelled to our ultimate state.

Flow evokes a surge in euphoria enhancing neurochemicals. Motivation, creative genius, learning and pattern recognition elevate massively (connecting dots between concepts, visions, ideas, epiphany, revelation of pure consciousness, often described as profound phenomena and mystic experiences of interconnectivity). Superconscious flow is when the seemingly impossible is made possible now.

Alpha Brain Waves: Produces Nitric Oxide (when Nitric Oxide flushes through our system it creates a global release of stress hormones and we’re refueled by feel-good neurochemicals.
